1. A goal, milestone, aim, objective or purpose that is associated with an Information Technology (IT) Management Service, that is formally documented, often as part of an Information Technology (IT) Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or an Information Technology (IT) Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
