Lesson Learned Management Service Level Objective (SLO)

1. A documented goal, milestone, aim, target or purpose that is associated with a very specific Lesson Learned Management Service, often as part of a Lesson Learned Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or a Lesson Learned Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
