Provider Expectation Management Service Level Target (SLT)

1. A goal, milestone, aim, objective or purpose that is associated with a Provider Expectation Management Service, that is formally documented, often as part of a Provider Expectation Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or a Provider Expectation Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
