1. A goal, milestone, aim, objective or purpose that is associated with an Adverse Event (AE) Management Service, that is formally documented, often as part of an Adverse Event (AE) Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or an Adverse Event (AE) Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
