1. A goal, milestone, aim, objective or purpose that is associated with an Adverse Experience (AE) Management Service, that is formally documented, often as part of an Adverse Experience (AE) Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or an Adverse Experience (AE) Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
