Answer Management Service Level Objective (SLO)

1. A documented goal, milestone, aim, target or purpose that is associated with a very specific Answer Management Service, often as part of an Answer Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or an Answer Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
