Application Test Management Service Level Objective (SLO)

1. A documented goal, milestone, aim, target or purpose that is associated with a very specific Application Test Management Service, often as part of an Application Test Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or an Application Test Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
