Automated Workflow Management Service Level Objective (SLO)

1. A documented goal, milestone, aim, target or purpose that is associated with a very specific Automated Workflow Management Service, often as part of an Automated Workflow Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or an Automated Workflow Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
