Automation Management Service Level Target (SLT)

1. A goal, milestone, aim, objective or purpose that is associated with an Automation Management Service, that is formally documented, often as part of an Automation Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or an Automation Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
