Break Fix Request Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Break Fix Request Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Break Fix Request Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Break Fix Request Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Break Fix Request Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
