Business Case Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Business Case Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Business Case Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Business Case Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Business Case Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
