Case Study Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Case Study Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Case Study Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Case Study Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Case Study Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
