Cause Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Cause Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Cause Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Cause Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Cause Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
