Client Relationship Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Client Relationship Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Client Relationship Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Client Relationship Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Client Relationship Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
