Contact Center Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Contact Center Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Contact Center Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Contact Center Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Contact Center Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
