Customer Account Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Customer Account Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Customer Account Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Customer Account Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Customer Account Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
