1. An Artifact or Document that provides details such as Policies, Processes, Procedures, Rules, Standards, Definitions, Roles and Responsibilities for the Records associated with the discipline known as Customer Claim Management, including all aspects of how such Records are to be organized and handled, throughout any and all phases of their Life Cycles, in order to meet the Records Management obligations and requirements of an enterprise.

2. The Plan for how to administratively or clerically handle the filing of one or more Customer Claim Management related Records.
