Customer Commitment Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Customer Commitment Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Customer Commitment Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Customer Commitment Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Customer Commitment Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
