1. A goal, milestone, aim, objective or purpose that is associated with a Customer Intellectual Property (IP) Management Service, that is formally documented, often as part of a Customer Intellectual Property (IP) Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or a Customer Intellectual Property (IP) Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
