1. A measurable construct, boundary, constraint, tolerance and/or objective that is specifically related to the Discipline known as Customer Resource Management and that is typically established, maintained and published by some acknowledged Customer Resource Management authority as a baseline, model, example or rule for achieving certain levels of performance, quality, cost or other desired outcomes for the work performed.
