Customer Service Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Customer Service Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Customer Service Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Customer Service Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Customer Service Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
