Customer Support Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Customer Support Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Customer Support Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Customer Support Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Customer Support Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
