1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Disaster Recovery Environment (DR) Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Disaster Recovery Environment (DR) Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Disaster Recovery Environment (DR) Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.
