Dynamic Reference Data Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Dynamic Reference Data Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Dynamic Reference Data Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Dynamic Reference Data Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Dynamic Reference Data Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
