Environment Change Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Environment Change Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Environment Change Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Environment Change Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Environment Change Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
