Grievance Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Grievance Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Grievance Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Grievance Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Grievance Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
