Help Desk Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Help Desk Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Help Desk Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Help Desk Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Help Desk Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
