Information Channel Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Information Channel Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Information Channel Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Information Channel Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Information Channel Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
