1. A documented goal, milestone, aim, target or purpose that is associated with a very specific Information Technology (IT) Operation Management Service, often as part of an Information Technology (IT) Operation Management Service Level Agreement (SLA) or an Information Technology (IT) Operation Management Service Contract, and that is intended as an outcome of one or more activities or actions but that is not considered to be a formal contractual Term, Agreement, Obligation, or Commitment.
