Inquiry Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Inquiry Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Inquiry Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Inquiry Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Inquiry Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
