Lesson Learned Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Lesson Learned Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Lesson Learned Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Lesson Learned Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Lesson Learned Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
