Master Software Library (MSL) File Plan

1. An Artifact or Document that provides details such as Policies, Processes, Procedures, Rules, Standards, Definitions, Roles and Responsibilities for a specific Master Software Library (MSL) Record, including all aspects of how such a Record is to be organized and handled, throughout any and all phases of its Life Cycle, specifically with the intent to meet the Records Management obligations and requirements of an enterprise.

2. The Plan for how to administratively or clerically handle the filing of a specific Master Software Library (MSL) Record.
