Operational Change Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Operational Change Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Operational Change Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Operational Change Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Operational Change Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
