Provider Expectation Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Provider Expectation Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Provider Expectation Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Provider Expectation Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Provider Expectation Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
