Reference Artifact Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Reference Artifact Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Reference Artifact Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Reference Artifact Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Reference Artifact Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
