Reporting Artifact Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Reporting Artifact Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Reporting Artifact Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Reporting Artifact Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Reporting Artifact Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
