Request for Change (RFC) Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Request for Change (RFC) Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Request for Change (RFC) Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Request for Change (RFC) Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Request for Change (RFC) Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
