Requirements Artifact Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Requirements Artifact Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Requirements Artifact Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Requirements Artifact Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Requirements Artifact Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
