1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Self Help Solution Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Self Help Solution Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Self Help Solution Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Self Help Solution Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
