Service Catalog Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Service Catalog Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Service Catalog Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Service Catalog Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Service Catalog Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
