Service Desk Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Service Desk Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Service Desk Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Service Desk Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Service Desk Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
