Service Model Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Service Model Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Service Model Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Service Model Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Service Model Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
