Service Request Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Service Request Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Service Request Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Service Request Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Service Request Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
