Shared Service Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Shared Service Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Shared Service Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Shared Service Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Shared Service Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
