Skill Set Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Skill Set Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Skill Set Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Skill Set Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Skill Set Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
