Support Artifact Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Support Artifact Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Support Artifact Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Support Artifact Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Support Artifact Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
