Support Desk Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Support Desk Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Support Desk Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Support Desk Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Support Desk Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
