Support Document Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Support Document Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Support Document Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Support Document Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Support Document Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
