Transactional Service Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional Transactional Service Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone Transactional Service Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for Transactional Service Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: Transactional Service Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
