User Artifact Management Service

1. A set of solutions, either transactional (i.e. Transactional User Artifact Management Services) or dial-tone (i.e. Dial-Tone User Artifact Management Services), that are being or have been put in place to yield an intended, controlled, expected, repeatable and measurable set of results or deliverables for User Artifact Management specific Customers, Consumers or Clients.

NOTE: User Artifact Management Service Consumers or Clients can be either Human Resources or Systems.
